SURPRISE!

Lee and I were invited to go to Tuscany, Italy in June to help celebrate the birthday of a friend of ours Julie.  We really wanted to go desperately but felt that leaving the girls home for a week and experiencing Italy without them just wasn't right. As a surprise to us, the invite from her husband Dan then included Dree and Josie as well... we couldn't say no!  As this birthday celebration in a castle in Italy is a surprise to Julie...we also kept it a secret for 2 months from the girls, then on February 14th at 6am we woke the girls to "That's Amore" and a pizza box surprise!

 

 

We also have arranged to visit our friends David and Mark while we are in Europe for a few days in Sitges, Spain.  Our stomachs are filled with butterflies and the trip seems so far away!
